More on McClatchy reporter James Rosen...

Erick Erickson at RedState posted some interesting commentary today about the James Rosen article I linked to yesterday...

Erick pointed out Rosen admitted in the article he got some of the material from Democrat opposition researchers. Check out this little admission in Rosen's piece:

"... Democratic aides e-mailed links to controversial statements the blogger has made on redstate.com and in other conservative forums."

(A lot of readers have suspected McClatchy gets its talking points from DNC operatives -- nice of Rosen to confirm it.)

One more thing -- the Rosen piece managed to misspell Erickson's name.

McClatchy reporter James Rosen's selective memory

Reporter James Rose has a serious memory deficit.

Check out this quote from Rosen's article on conservative Jim DeMint, where Rosen tries to demean the Tea Party movement.

"DeMint was the only senator who addressed tens of thousands of Tea Party protesters Sept. 12 at an anti-Obama rally outside the U.S. Capitol. Some carried signs comparing Obama to Nazi founder Adolf Hitler and al-Qaida leader Osama bin Laden."

Uh, where was James Rosen from 2000 through 2008 when Lefties and Dems routinely compared Bush to Hitler?

Did James Rosen notice when Bush was compared to Hitler? Of course not. Rosen only shows up to enforce rules of decorum when his favored candidate is insulted.  (By the way, Obama/Hitler signs at protest rallies are almost always made by Lyndon LaRouchies -- as College Politico documents here.  Earth to Rosen: the LaRouchies are not part of the Tea Party movement.)
