Shocker: New York Giants win Super Bowl - defeat Patriots 17 - 14

This game will be remembered as one of the biggest Super Bowl upsets of all time, with a dramatic touchdown in the last minute of the game. Eli Manning, showing poise beyond his years, took his team 83 yards to score the game-winning touchdown with 35 seconds on the clock. Plaxico Burress, after playing hurt all year, caught the game-winning touchdown pass. He was overcome with emotion while being interviewed on national TV. The defense, led by Michael Strahan, kept the pressure on Tom Brady, and the Patriots' offense never seemed to get in sync. This Super Bowl was great for the sport. Congrats to the underdog Giants.
