Report: Spitzer to resign, faces indictment

New York Gov. Eliot Spitzer is expected to submit his resignation to the New York General Assembly, after allegations surfaced Monday that he was a client named as part of a federal prostitution ring investigation. If NRO is correct, he has already been indicted.
