Sugarland has the top Country album this week

Sugarland's "Love on the inside" is Billboard's top Country album for the 2nd straight week.

This week's #2 -- no surprise -- is Taylor Swift's self-titled CD.

Odd twist: Kristen Hall, who left the band 3 years ago for a solo career, has filed a lawsuit against Sugarland for $1.5 milion. She claims the band reneged on a promise to give her a share of future profits.
