Another Sacramento Bee cartoon slams town hall protesters

No surprise here: Bee cartoonist Rex Babin sides with Dem politicians and the SEIU, and is slamming private citizens exercising their free speech rights.

Can you spell L-I-B-E-R-A-L? This guy leaves no doubt. Bee management must love him. No wonder that paper is in big trouble.

So what? A cartoonist or columnist has opinions, and his job is to express them. If you don't agree with them, go to Faux or check a far-right web site or blog, and you'll find opinions expressed that you agree with. Is this a great country, or what?

I certainly don't have a problem with a liberal cartoonist expressing his point of view...
At McClatchy, it's only one point of view and it penetrates all aspects of the company from opinion to reporting.
The cartoon does a good job of presenting the liberal point of view though. They hate the people that pay taxes and who oppose Obamacare. If you are concerned about the direction of our nation, feeling like we are spending too much money without any sense of accountablity and throwing out a healthcare system for an uncertain alternative, this is what MNI thinks of you: You are a stupid violent clown who has no right to express your views.

This cartoonist is always liberal and he's the only one at SacBee. Where's the fairness there? The good news is he's ignorant enough to pile on, which plays right into moderates/conservatives hands as the poll numbers continue to drop for Obama and Dems. Keep on making fun of those who care about this country and are willing to express their opinions publicly. The Dems used to be about the little guy, now they've become elitist. Huge mistake.

I was thinking - this isn't even humorous. It's demeaning - to the cartoonist!

Look how ridiculously the cartoonist shows the poor congresswoman. So very far from the truth.
It might have been better to show her hiring shills for her town hall meeting, calling in union goons, and calling her constituents Nazis who don't have a right to dissent from her chosen course.

The beating I am aware of at a town hall was by a SEIU union thug, not one of the many taxpayers protesting Obamacare.
Oops...another one of those pesky facts that gets in the way of the liberal story line.

Aren't good cartoons supposed to be funny?

Recall some months back, the McClatchy ad pandering to old people, saying they were not internet savvy?

Also, it’s older people who rely on newspapers for their news.

So pissing off your last and final bastion of readers isn’t a good thing for the SS McClatchy.

But if they go down the toilet that much faster, I’m certainly all for it.

If you like Obamacare just wait till you see how the democrats "fix" social security.

In typical liberal fashion, it’s the cartoonist whose the victim.

Notice how the "death to obama care" sign, has the word "care" so very small.

His subliminal meaning isn't lost

I used to think this guy was clever. Now I think he's become mean-spirited.

Typical fringe liberal nutjob. The longer they keep to the far left, the faster the conservative movement will regain control. Fringe lunatics only accelerate the return to rational governing.

SacBee is notoriously conservative in its forum posters, yet one of the few positive Babin cartoon online comments suddenly has 30 "most popular" votes??? It
the most popular comment!!! What??? Either the Bee is rigging the online comment numbers or SEIU is again stuffing the ballot box.

Lets get a pool going; Which will go down first? McClatchy or Obama Care?

Every cartoon that makes fun of the core consumer just accelerates the loss of circulation.
But at MNI it's agenda before credibility and profits before everything.

Those McClatchy "profits" are slim to none.

Exactly why Obama won, and why the Dems will stay in power at least 20 years. You far-fringe far-right-wingers will continue deluding yourselves about why moderates, and even moderate Republicans, are deserting you.

apparently self-deluding 1:41 is the blind one. The way things are going either the parties will be transformed or will split into three or four parties.
Did you hear that? Listen closely...quiet now...I think I hear the throngs chanting in the distance...impeach Obama...impeach Obama...
