We're in the market for an experienced sales manager with leadership skills, a results-oriented professional who will hold others accountable to the same high standards. We need someone as comfortable sitting in front of a customer as analyzing reports, who can motivate a sales staff above and beyond expectations.

We see this as a No. 2 position in our Advertising division, allowing our VP to get above the day-to-day details and design our multimedia future. We've got a growth market in the Southeast and a staff that's ready to conquer it, and we're adding to our leadership team to make it happen.

The ideal candidate possesses experience and strength in local Retail territory sales management as well as Classified verticals, preferably with an emphasis on local automotive sales as well as managing an aggressive outbound call center operation. Bring us everything you know about selling interactive media, beyond today's Classified partnerships.

Must have: sales and business acumen, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Proven track record of meeting revenue goals, negotiating skills, developing sales talent and future leaders.
