Meet ACORN's man inside the White House

Matthew Vadum thinks you should get to know Patrick Gaspard. Gaspard is White House political affairs director -- the same office Karl Rove held under President Bush. Before joining the Obama administration, Gaspard was ACORN boss Bertha Lewis’s political director in New York. Bertha Lewis, of course, is the woman who filed a lawsuit suit against Hannah Giles, James O'Keefe, and Andrew Breitbart for posting videos of her employees giving advice on running child prostitution rings and cheating the IRS.

I'm guessing we've barely scratched the surface of ACORN's infestation at the White House.

And when -- not if -- more news emerges about ACORN's role in the White House, you can bet it won't be the mainstream media with the news.

My McClatchy paper was pretty thin today. I assume that is because all of the classically trained profession journalists are busy working on this ACORN story and don't have time to cover a house fire over on 21st Street.

I also believe in sunsets, unicorns and group hugs.
