The Herald Media Group has an immediate opening for an Online & Direct Marketing Account Executive. This position is responsible for acquiring new clients for banner advertising, online sponsorships and direct marketing from self-generated leads. Requires daily cold calling, as well as face-to-face meetings each week with prospective online advertisers.

Requirements:

Must possess two years’ outside sales experience in developing a territory, including prospecting and/or cold calling for lead generation. Experience selling online services or advertising is helpful. Account management experience is helpful in maintaining relationships and increasing sales opportunities. A college degree is preferred; online advertising, marketing or business coursework is a plus. Must be an accomplished PC user and have a clear understanding of the Internet. Must be able to provide excellent customer service while prioritizing and multitasking other responsibilities.
