Responsibilities include:

* Lead site-wide technical design and architecture of XSL/XSLT, CSS, and XHTML
* Work directly with business owners, information architects, designers, and developers to meet functional requirements
* Continually incorporate best practices into team’s work
* Prototype, develop, test, maintain and troubleshoot client functionality in a multi-browser environment

Requirements:

* 5+ years’ experience in front-end web development
* Expert knowledge and rich experience with the following tools: Javascript (hand coding), XHTML, CSS, XML and XSL/XSLT
* Extensive experience using Javascript/AJAX Frameworks to develop cross-browser compatible AJAX applications
* Knowledge of cross-browser limitations and work-arounds
* Must be able to apply knowledge of best practices in front-end development
* Working knowledge of Photoshop and related graphics tools
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Solid knowledge and experience with Flex 2.0 and ActionScript 3 a plus
* BA/BS, or equivalent experience, in Computer Science or related technical discipline a plus.
