Vicki Barrett, VP of advertising at the Biloxi Sun Herald, will be leaving the Sun Herald to take a position at the Mobile Press Register and Mississippi Press. She joins former Sun Herald publisher Ricky Matthews on the management team of the Mobile newspaper. Matthews left the Sun Herald in August.
