More news McClatchy won't tell you about

Soldiers from 2nd Battalion, 69th Armor Regiment located a cache of copper discs and other materials used to contruct bombs during an operation in Kalsu, Iraq on October 17. In another operation in North Babil, US troops captured a militant suspected of constructing and planting explosive devises. In a nearby drainage ditch, US troops also located materials used to construct homemade explosive devises.
