This morning I read the latest dispatch from Michael Yon, who wrote about medical treatment given to US troops who get injured. What's more, Yon talks about the quality of men who are being treated. Yon's dispaches are compelling and the photographs are among the best you'll see. The photograph above shows LTC Eric Kurilla shortly after he was shot in the leg. Kurilla later returned to combat.
