Last week I blogged about the stunning Michael Yon photo of workers putting cross back on top of St. John's church in Baghdad. Today Michael Yon has an update on developments at the church. A service was held yesterday. Among those in attendance were Iraqi soldiers and US soldiers from the 2-12 infantry battalion, many of whom helped clear insurgents from the neighborhood.
