New York Times publisher dumps his own NYT stock

Well this is embarassing:

The chairman and publisher of the New York Times Co., owner of The New York Times, The Boston Globe and the International Herald Tribune, sold 4,500 shares of common stock, according to filings with the
Securities and Exchange Commission. In Form 4s filed with the SEC Monday, Arthur Sulzberger Jr. reported he sold the shares Nov. 20 and 21 for $17.70 and $17.75 apiece. Sulzberger owned the shares indirectly through a limited liability company, according to the filing.
