McCain and Lieberman: "It's inexcusable for Congress not to fund troops in Iraq"
McCain and Lieberman write an opinion piece. (UPDATE 6:35: link not working.) Seems to work from the Instapundit site, though.
From the piece: "Simply put: a year ago, al-Qaida was winning in Iraq. Now we are."
