This is a photo of General David Petraeus meeting with Angelina Jolie and Paula Dobriansky, the U.S. Under Secretary of State for global affairs, on Thursday in Baghdad. They discussed the plight of Iraqi refugees. What caught my eye was the bookshelf in the office. Look just above Petraeus' head. There is a book on the shelf with a yellow spine. If you enlarge the photo you can see the book is "The Looming Tower: al Qaeda and the Road to 9/11" by Lawrence Wright. That tells you Petraeus is a serious man. (As if you didn't know that already.)
