Some people are talking like they want Al Gore to endorse Barack Obama before Super Tuesday. Not sure that would actually help Obama, since Al Gore doesn't have a glowing record of successful endorsements. He endorsed Howard Dean during the 2004 primaries, at a point when Dean was riding high and his victory seemed inevitable. Weeks after Gore's endorsement, Dean imploded.
