Anything else in Obama's bag of rhetorical tricks?

Mark Hemingway:

NO I CAN'T...listen to Obama go through yet another "Yes, we can!" call and response with his audience. For such a celebrated orator, he has a limited bag of rhetorical tricks. Everytime I hear his audience say "Yes, we can" it reminds me of that bit in the Monty Python's Life of Brian where Brian, having been mistaken for the messiah, tries to discourage the crowd following him around from hanging on his every word. Exasperated, he admonishes his would be followers, telling them "You're all individuals!" In unison, they respond, "Yes, we're all individuals!"
