Obama outreach program to bitter white voters continues - Obama touts endorsement of John Edwards

Amid rising concerns that Barack Obama can't appeal to working class white voters and would have difficulty winning in the general election, the Obama campaign touted Wednesday's endorsement by John Edwards.

Political experts claim the Edwards endorsement will help Obama with working class white voters, who abandoned Obama in West Virginia, leading to Obama's landslide loss.

Excuse me, but I don't think the Edwards endorsement will help Obama with working class whites at all.

Edwards has meticulous grooming habits. That might appeal to some demographic groups but not working class whites. But Obama seems to share some of Edwards' effeminate traits. From the photo below you can tell Obama and Edwards have been practicing the "manly grip" (photo Charles Rex Arbogast / Associated Press). This grip won't help Obama with working class whites, either.
And just because it fits, I'm taking this opportunity to include the photo below of Obama's dainty bowling technique.Good luck with that outreach program!
