A US military judge dropped charges today against a Marine officer accused of failing to investigate the 2005 killing of 24 Iraqi civilians in Haditha.
McClatchy (then Knight Ridder) reporters Nancy Youssef and Matthew Schofield, who went on left-wing radio and gave interviews about US Marines supposedly committing cold-blooded murder at Haditha, were not available for comment.
