Obama still insincere and incoherent on Iraq

The more you listen to Obama talking about Iraq, the more you realize he is not a serious man.
Barack Obama picked up fresh support Wednesday from fellow Democrats eager for party unity after a bruising battle for the presidential nomination, at the same time he accused Republican rival John McCain of supporting a “plan for staying, not a plan for victory” in Iraq.
"Plan for victory"? Has Obama ever offered a plan for victory in Iraq? I don't think so, although I could be wrong. If Obama has offered a plan for victory it would be out of character for a Democrat: Dems usually talk about exit strategies, not victory plans. John McCain, who actually wants the US to win in Iraq, has offered a plan for victory and advocated the surge strategy before Bush did.
