Barack Obama on first-name basis with co-founder of radical group

Barack Obama's friendship with radical anti-American Bill Ayers isn't an aberration: we now know Obama is on friendly terms with the co-founder of the radical anti-war group Code Pink.

On June 24, Barack Obama met with Code Pink's Jodie Evans at a $5 million Hollywood fundraiser. Code Pink's leader, Medea Benjamin, is now bragging about the meeting. Via Stop The ACLU, here is a partial transcript of Medea Benjamin talking about Obama meeting with Jodie Evans:

"Last night Code Pink co-founder Jodie Evans was at a Hollywood bash for Barack Obama. And it was pretty interesting because there was Jodie going up to get her picture taken with Barack Obama. And I don't know if you've seen but some of these right wing groups have been trying to say that Barack Obama is really a communist because he gets money from people like Jodie Evans.

"So Jodie went up to shake his hand and the first thing he said to her without her saying anything is, "I know you Jodie, and Code Pink. And I know that you want me to end this war and bring all the troops home and I am going to do that."

I'd like to know how much money Obama accepted from radical Jodie Evans. And I'd like to see Obama get asked about Code Pink's views that the US military is full of war criminals, their position that Condoleeza Rice and General Petraeus are war criminals, their radical tactics of disrupting public events, their close associations with socialists like Hugo Chavez and Fidel Castro. Does it bother Obama that Code Pink tried to shut down a military recruiting station?
