No Internet service at home, due to a bad modem plus Comcast's Internet in my area being down. I've spent hours on the phone talking to Comcast and Best Buy's Geek Squad. Comcast's customer service has been awful. I was able to grab a few minutes of Internet access at Starbucks and the library to stay in touch and update the blog.

Comcast's CS is ALWAYS awful! As is Comcast itself.
Comcast didn't show up for 2 scheduled appointments, and didn't call me to let me know they weren't coming. Fool me once...
I will probably dump Comcast when I have time to get something else lined up.
Let me know what you get, I'm looking to get rid of Comcast too.
