McClatchy's Nancy Youssef notices a change in Baghdad
McClatchy's former Baghdad bureau chief, Nancy Youssef, has returned to Baghdad and notices things have improved.
Well, yeah. Too bad McClatchy was so late telling their readers about the developments.
