Actually, he's right. Tens of millions could be saved if people would just take care of their cars. A big part of fuel efficiency is vehicle upkeep.
Anonymous - Obama's claim is that if people keep their tires inflated and their cars tuned up, we won't need to drill for any more oil.
That is ridiculous.
But if you have some evidence I'd like to see it.
He/she doesn't, he/she's just talking out of their azz.
