Cuts at Fort Worth Star-Telegram to be announced in October?
According to Erica Smith at Paper Cuts blog, rumor has it the 3rd round of cuts at McClatchy's Fort Worth Star Telegram will be announced in October.

That sounds odd. We beat the rest of MCT to a third round early in September. Fourth round? We think the next will come in December. Morale is low, but we are working hard. We have now choice because we are all doing two or three jobs.

doesnt sound odd to me...i've heard the same & so far all rumors seem to be coming true...now i know what it feels like to be on the titanic..
