I watched a few minutes of the New Hours with Jim Lehrer tonite. When I turned the show on, Jim Lehrer was interviewing Mark Shields and David Brooks about Sarah Palin. The conversation quickly turned to Sarah Palin's pregnant daughter.
Mark Shields bashed Sarah Palin for accepting the VP nomination, knowing her pregnant daughter would get undue attention for being pregnant.
David Brooks tried to keep the conversation above board but Shields kept returning to his theme thatPalin was abusing her daughter.
I thought Shields was sickening.
