45 year old Obama supporter caught putting dog feces in pickup truck of his McCain-supporting neighbor

Here is more news of Hope and Change coming from Obama supporters. The Associated Press has the story:
A man was ticketed for unlawful dumping after admitting to putting dog feces in his neighbor's truck for political reasons. Police Sgt. Jerry Edblad said a 19-year-old St. Cloud man told police he has found small baggies of dog feces in the back of his pickup truck for the past few weeks.

Donald Esmay told KNSI-AM the feces started appearing in his truck right after he put a 2-foot-by-4-foot McCain sign there.

He and his family watched the truck trying to catch the culprit, but didn't have any luck until Wednesday when his mother and brother saw someone from the neighborhood.

They confronted the 45-year-old man, who admitted to it and said it was childish.

When police later spoke with the neighbor, Edblad said he told officers he did it because he "hates McCain."

The unlawful dumping ticket comes with a $183 fine.

Funny, because so many McCain supporters like to be shat on directly. It's a scat-heavy campaign.

Police say tires slashed during Obama rally

Comment on this story
FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. - Authorities say someone slashed tires on at least 30 parked vehicles while their owners were attending a Barack Obama rally in a North Carolina coliseum.
The tires were cut Sunday outside Fayetteville's Crown Coliseum, The Fayetteville Observer reported Monday.

Maj. Ennis Wright said deputies are investigating the incident.

Campaign representatives for Obama and Republican opponent John McCain said they weren't aware of the incident.

Lynne Steenstra said it cost $120 to get her van towed and repaired. Steenstra said she was concerned that the slashing might be a scare tactic to harass Obama supporters.

"It hasn't deterred us one bit," Steenstra said. "It has only encouraged us more. I just hope whoever did this pays the price."

Obama's North Carolina campaign spokeswoman Susan Lagana said it was disappointing that the candidate's supporters had to experience the vandalism.

Sarah Revis lives on Wilkes Road where most of the tires were slashed and said she saw a single mother and a toddler stranded.

"This is an embarrassment to this city and to me as a citizen," Revis said.

Earlier in the day, the newspaper said, Obama visited a local restaurant where one patron shouted "Boo, socialist! Socialist! Get out of here!"

Other patrons clapped and Obama walked through the dining room shaking hands before leaving to attend the rally. Obama also spoke to the woman who shouted at him.
