McClatchy (MNI) closed at $4.20 per share on Monday, up 2.4 precent over Friday's close. For most of the day MNI was trading well below $4.00 a share, before jumping up just before the close. For comparison, the Dow was up 11 percent today.
McClatchy is down 66 percent year-to-date, and down 82 percent over the past year
