A little Modesto Bee news. Seems Mark Vasche doesn't like criticism. A couple (ex)press men posted comments to his Sunday stories and their comments were on there a day or two then disappeared AND we were flagged and not allowed to log in or post for a few days. WAH! WAH! WAH!Unless the comments were profane or included personal attacks, deleting critical comments -- and flagging commenters -- isn't smart. The Bee has the legal right to delete anything they want, but deleting critical comments makes The ModBee look weak. (The policy on posting comments is here.)
This blog is mainly about the spectacular train wreck at The Sacramento Bee and its parent company, the McClatchy Company. But I also post about current events, the Iraq and Afghanistan wars, politics, anything else that grabs my attention. Take a look around this blog, hope you enjoy it.
