Price hike at Tri-City Herald -- update: price hike was in June

Tri-City Herald (Kennewick, Wash.) also recently announced it's raising subscription prices.

Update 10/15: I received the following email from the Tri-City Herald:

We did have a rate increase back in June, there were notices in the newspaper regarding the raise. At this time, there are no plans to have another increase, the one in June was the first increase in over 5 years.
