November was an outstanding month for McClatchy Watch. Even with the 4-day Thanksgiving weekend -- Internet traffic is traditionally lower on holidays -- this blog surpassed 40,000 hits in November for just the 2nd time..

Well congratulations.
Have you considered starting an account at select offending McClatchy outlets so readers here can log into them under a single name and password?

No what I am talking about is setting up a single user account with say the KC Star.Then post the name and password to login on your own website where all your readers can use it to logon to the competing site without having it run their hit count up on their tracking software. It also allows people to post on restricted forums without having to accept the tracking software to target them for advertising.
I was just thinking how much it would irritate Dereck Donovan to have comments from 10 or 15 different IP's all with the same name.
