Well, it's true there are no links in the story, but there are really only two things to link to, and one is the N&O site that you're already on.

John Drescher’s liberal Modus Operand is well documented. Just read the N & O any day you choose. Johnny’s links are more likely 18 green ones, with a meet up with the boys in the backroom at the 19th hole bunker to exchange made-up war stories.
John not linking? Now that is a puzzler. I can take a wild shot at his linking preferences.
