I would think the MNI BOD would be red-faced about Pruitt’s salary. There is just no way to justify it. I don’t believe he even has a workable plan for the company's future. Of course, having helped elect Democrats, he may expect payback. That’s working for the unions fairly well.

So he "earned" $29,000 for percentage drop in MNI's stock price last year or to look at it another way, $270,000 for every $1 drop in the stock price. Nice, very nice.

I'd just take the intrest of that $2.7M for one year, instead I am forced to keep sending in my unemployment claims every month.
