This blog is mainly about the spectacular train wreck at The Sacramento Bee and its parent company, the McClatchy Company. But I also post about current events, the Iraq and Afghanistan wars, politics, anything else that grabs my attention. Take a look around this blog, hope you enjoy it.

More on circulation drop at the Charlotte Observer (plus the News & Observer)
John in Carolina has more details on the drop in daily circulation at the Charlotte Observer (down 11 percent over the past 6 months) and the News & Observer (also down 11 percent).
The Charlotte Observer should really be called the Charlotte Obama. The quality of the online version has declined. Maybe they can just print the "VICTIM OF THE WEEK" AND SPORTS SECTIONS! I wouldn't read their paper even if it was free. They, like the other SOCIALIST papers, are waiting for the MESSIAH to give them a bailout similar to PBS.

More like the Charlotte Disturber
How about we create a paper for all of you and call it the "whiney republican babies who can't accept that the fact that your party is in shambles.
But of course the cosmic shift with newspapers that has been taking place for over 10 years is Obama's fault.
Whose paper is in the toilet again?
I don't know. Maybe Arlen Specter knows.
