Bellingham Herald building sold for $2.35 million

The 83-year old Bellingham Herald building was sold Tuesday to two local investors for $2.35 million. With this move, Herald goes from owner to renter -- the paper signed a five-year lease with the new owners, and employees will continue to occupy the first and second floors of the building.
