McClatchy reporter worries the unrest in Iran could interfere with Obama's plan bring peace to the middle east

Reality has a way of interfering with Obama's great plans for worldwide love and unity.

McClatchy reporter Warren Strobel has a piece on the post-election violence in Iran -- and Stobel seems most concerned the uprising might get in the way of Obama's efforts to bring world peace. Check out this paragraph by Strobel:

Political analysts worried that the outcome would complicate President Barack Obama's hopes of engaging Iran on its suspected nuclear weapons program and other issues.

Seeing the world through Obama-colored glasses, Strobel misses the point: the unrest -- and the government's violence against protesters -- is evidence the regime in Iran has the character of a street thug.

A thug government that rigs elections and oppresses dissidents and funds anti-Israel terror groups is not going to be sweet-talked into giving up its nuclear weapons program.

Which "political analysts"? I have a feeling that, like the word "some" this is a first person pronoun.

Could be plural -- "some political analysts" could refer to his fellow DC bureau reporters.

The man is an idiot. He should simply continue to suckle at the Kool-Aid stand and shut up. No wonder no one buys the paper

Freedom in Iran might jeopardize Obama's healing of the earth.

The "McClathy reporter" should be fired for such thoughts. How is that being objective? Yet another wannaBee journalist in love with Obama.
