Hours: Part-Time; Monday-Friday; 20 Hours per week
The Fresno Bee has an opening for a part-time Inside New Business Development Sales Rep. This position will make outbound solicitation calls with the goal of developing new business, sells advertising schedules based on advertiser marketing needs, and will work closely with our outside sales team.
Requirements:
Applicants must have sales and/or marketing experience. Outbound sales and customer service experience preferred. Media sales experience a plus. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are needed, as well as strong negotiation, problem solving, and presentation skills. Must be comfortable cold calling and effectively reaching decision makers. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs.
