When will the MSM ever learn? Telling the truth just doesn’t work for their corrupted industry. Had they just fudged the truth as usual, it would be party-on. But now, they were misunderstood, and will have to rework their plan so the little people can understand what they really meant.

-Washington Post cancels lobbyist event amid uproar-

Washington Post publisher Katharine Weymouth said today she was canceling plans for an exclusive "salon" at her home where for as much as $250,000, the Post offered lobbyists and association executives off-the-record access to "those powerful few" — Obama administration officials, members of Congress, and even the paper’s own reporters and editors.

Obama 'meddles' in Honduras -- and chooses the wrong side

New York Daily News, by James Kirchik
President Barack Obama has made it clear that he does not want the United States to be seen as "meddling" in Iran's internal politics. Never mind that the Islamic Republic has been "meddling" in our affairs for the past three decades, if such a bland word can be used to characterize the seizure of our embassy in 1979, the killing of 229 American servicemen in 1983 and the planting of roadside bombs...

Newspapers paying bloggers $54 a month, this is not going to pay the rent.
----
The good news is they're paying more than HuffPost
ChicagoReader.com
The Chicago Tribune is paying its Chicago Now bloggers $5 per 1,000 hits. Michael Miner is told that the operation has 65 bloggers and last month recorded 700,000 pageviews. That works out to $3,500split 65 ways, or about $54 a blogger for the month.

Owner once said he was “backstroking in green” and now he wants to target poor people, Democrats, etc, go figure that.

When Boston magazine gets thin, the owner "figures the editor is an idiot"
@ Poynter Online
Boston Globe
A dozen "idiot" editors came and went between 1975 and 2000. Owner Herb Lipson -- he's the guy who fired several Boston mag staffers, then enjoyed a steak -- once boasted during the good times that he was "backstroking in green." Lipson, says a former editor, "is to the right of Attila the Hun" and wants his magazines -- he owns Philadelphia, too -- "going after poor people, Democrats, the handicapped, minorities."

You think 'Grill jockeys' aren’t serious cooks, think again.

How Much Propane Is Really in Your 20-Pound Grill Tank?

Here is a good question to pursue for your Fourth of July weekend coverage-
The answer may not be 20 pounds, as you might think.

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported:
Last month, a class-action lawsuit was filed against propane tank providers

Oh these pesky questions, why doesn't Obama just show us his documents?

Check out latest eligibility billboard location

WASHINGTON – The latest billboard in the "Where's the birth certificate?" campaign is up for gawkers in the Waco, Texas, area. And the national fund-raising campaign to erect many, many more billboards around the country questioning Barack Obama's constitutional eligibility for office is going strong – with a total of $100,000 collected so far.

A reporter giving “false and biased reports?” What next? People no longer trusting a totally corrupted media?

Newsweek Reporter Confesses In Iran

Newsweek’s Canadian-Iranian journalist Maziar Bahari has admitted to giving “false and biased” reports about the recent post-election events in Iran.
[Snip]
The Newsweek reporter said international press set the scenes for velvet revolutions in various countries, adding that the gentle overthrow of a government could not be achieved without their critical role.

Bahari specifically highlighted the role of the BBC, CNN, Euronews, The New York Times and Newsweek.

How the Republicans are helping prolong and worsen the recession:

Last time I checked Republicans aren't in power and this is now the Democrats and Obama's Depression.

The Dems are going to take big heat in the upcoming midterm elections which is why Obama is trying to push everything through Congress this year while he has the big majorities. He knows his policies will be under voter fire next year.

7:50, if you actually take the time to read the piece, you'll learn why your response makes no sense.

Why would anyone in their right mind register to read a propaganda article in the Traitor Times so they can sell your name and tally you as a subscriber?

The fact remains, Republicans cannot prolong or worsen the recession. It is physically impossible. They have no voice or say.

Stop being such an idiot.

I read it and it's another Krugman propaganda piece for your Far Left mind.

Oh and the actual title of the editorial is 'That 30s Show,' not your twisted liberal version.

Sarah Palin resigned as Govenor of Alaska, effective July 26.
What kind of a spin will Anchorage Daily News put on that?

***I read it and it's another Krugman propaganda piece for your Far Left mind. Oh and the actual title of the editorial is 'That 30s Show,' not your twisted liberal version.***

Aside from the knee-jerk name-calling, do you have any errors -- factual or judgmental -- to point out in the piece?

Which part of, "another propaganda piece for your far left mind" didn't you comprehend?

give it up guys, battle of wit?

****Aside from the knee-jerk name-calling, do you have any errors -- factual or judgmental -- to point out in the piece?****

Indeed, what part of propaganda didn't you understand? Oh, and lying about the title of the editorial makes you even more untrustworthy.

Bloggers aren't journalists so the $54 seems about right. Go to college, get a degree, move up the ranks, earn a paycheck.

End of story. Oh enjoy the $54 since that's what your dribble is worth.

...Which part of, "another propaganda piece for your far left mind" didn't you comprehend?...

That's your opinion of the piece. How about some specifics to back it up? Oh, wait, that would require some effort and thought.

That's an opinion about an opinion piece.

How about some effort and thought to rebut this?
