The Bee is a leader in the industry. Aleader in loss of value!

I finally had enough myself and cancelled our subscription after 60 years of enduring one-sided reportage and even worse - the double standards exhibited by the editorial staff.

Lucky for anon. I have read 6 different newspapers a day to get a balance!

Closing price was .44 for 6.38%. Don't know why people forget about the closing period.

Don't blame you a bit Mr Sarkisian. We had at least one subscription for my entire life and it finally just became so ridiculously slanted that we couldn't justify paying for the privilege of collecting it off the drive and throwing it in the bin.

Of course it would be different were I a fisherman.

I only get it because I get parking half off.

Of course with the coupons in it, it would pay for itself anyways. 6 of 7 days end up in the recycle bin still in the wrapper.

Wow...how long can this company survive?

New York Times stock closed just under $5 a share, which looks damn good compared to McClatchy. Look at this way, what else can you buy these days for 44 cents?

Certainly not one of their crappy newspapers.
