The Kansas City Star is looking for talented and innovative team players to join our Advertising Sales Team. Grand Communications, a division of The Kansas City Star, has an opportunity for an Advertising Account Executive for SPACES magazine, Kansas City’s upscale home design and lifestyle magazine!
Our Account Executives partner with clients to develop creative advertising strategies and solutions, manage an account list and cultivate new clients. Our Account Executives are extremely professional individuals who are goal oriented and highly motivated.
Requirements:Your proven success as a sales professional is what we are looking for! The ideal candidate will have a degree in advertising or marketing, or equivalent, and a minimum of 2+ years outside sales experience. Previous print media sales experience is highly desired! Strong prospecting, communication and customer relations skills are a must.
