Another tea party smear from Kansas City Star cartoonist Lee Judge

The Democratic party and the left are still trying to marginalize Obama Care opponents and the Tea Party by portraying them as pawns of the insurance industry or other hidden groups. Star cartoonist Lee Judge portrays health care opponents as tools, not citizens with legitimate grievances. This cartoon was picked up by the far-left website Daily Kos.

The Star has been a mouth piece for far left causes for years. They don't even try to be fair.

I wonder why Republicans would shell out money to a newspaper that insults them on a daily basis.

Republicans don't shell out money to the Star anymore. For the past couple of years the Star has relied entirely on trickery, gimmicks, and outright cooking the books to pad their subscription numbers and defraud advertisers.

It is something that they have done for years but no where near on this scale. Their daily production is a fraction of what they report now.

Cartoonists are supposed to express opinions. Just because his opinion differs from yours doesn't make it a bad cartoon.

Presumably, if he had a cartoon that blasted health care reform, then you would think it was fair, displaying your ignorance on both topics.

McClatchy? What are you smoking?
Oh I get it, your talking about that fancy “if pigs fly” theoretical stuff

6:39 You miss the point, perhaps deliberately. He wouldn't draw a cartoon that opposed health care because he and The Star are in the bag for anything Obama, including Death care.

The one possibility that they would oppose something Obama was if it conflicted with one of the projects of The Star's masters in the metro area's corrupt establishment. Corruption always trumps ideology at The Star.

Hence the problem isn't that we disagree with him, it's that it's not an honest, objective and open minded product.

Isn't the Star a privately owned company, and thus can take any editorial stance it wants? Just as MW is a privately owned blog, and thus can take any editorial stance it wants?

9:30 Are you that stupid, or are you deliberately trying to mislead and lie to people?

If you're too stupid to understand the difference between a newspaper that holds itself out as an objective news gathering organization and a private blog established to engage in specific advocacy there's not much we can do for you. That's not a trivial distinction and only a liar or an idiot would blur the distinction.

So which is it, are you a liar, or an idiot.

John, I vote both. He must be, since he's a liberal and a troll.

9:55, you didn't answer the question. But nobody really expected you to.

These biased cartoons always tell us who the liberal media most fears. Rush Limbaugh does better with each liberal attack. Checking on an old liberal urban legend.

“ESPN fires Rush Limbaugh.” I had to go back and read what really happened, because I now know the biased media would have distorted the facts, and they did. Limbaugh, paid for his sports' opinions, said Donovan McNabb was not playing as well as expected, and that the media wanted him to succeed, and therefore were not reporting his play as critically as the other quarterbacks. The liberal media turned his opinion into a racist comment. The leftists at ESPN didn’t want a conservative in their ranks, and they jumped to destroy him.

During the last election, I thought the black commentators at ESPN were especially biased for Obama, and nothing was done about their racist opinions. I stopped watching them altogether. In my opinion, ESPN became just a bunch of liberal hacks, and I no longer believed them on any subject. I don’t need them as a sports information source. Once credibility is gone, for me, it is gone!

There is a funny cartoon of sheep chasing an Obama faced sheep off a cliff, he is screaming “Hope and Change” as he falls towards the water.
Bwhahahahaha

I see the KC cartoon clunker fears Michelle Malkin. She is becoming a conservative powerhouse. Her book is a best seller, so people are believing her message. The pussy liberals hate that, and you would think they would swoon for a minority woman doing so well, wouldn‘t you? Hypocrites all.

10:58 Uh.., actually I did. Have you considered a course on reading for comprehension? If nothing else, if 9:30 was yours, I guess we got our answer.

You're a good egg John!

Yes. The Star is a privately owned company, entitled to its editorial stance. So is Fox News.

Do you agree that all the liberal whiners who constantly complain about Fox News should shut up?

BTW, if someone has suggested that the Star is NOT a privately owned company, or that the Star is NOT legally entitled to its editorial stance, please cite that specific comment, I'd like to see it.

It is amazing... democrats hold the House, the Senate and the White House and they are afraid of a radio talk show host, a tv host and a blogger who writes best sellers.

What are they going to do when someone really evil who wants to kill us gets some nukes to play with. If they are intimidated by Michelle Malkin, they are going to shit their pants when they find out their best friend forever in Iran isn't really their best friend at all.

Obambi looks like a pussy when he whines about Fox News. The liberals have 98% of the faux news organs, but the boob has to crybaby about the one that tells the truth. I am really tired of the Halfrican already. I turn the channel the minute I see his blue lips and flapping ears. I cheer as his ratings go down, because others are starting to see what I saw from the start. Obama is a fraud, an absolute fraud.

TruthHurts001 makes a good point. Why do the liberals make such a point to disparage a news organization? They should welcome political debate, right? Obama does not look presidential when he stoops to whining, pissing, and moaning about Fox News.

...Why do the liberals make such a point to disparage a news organization?...

Maybe they learned it from 40 years of Republicans and right-wingers disparaging "the liberal press" as a political tactic to distract attention from and try to intimidate news organizations from reporting anything negative about Republicans.

You must be very young....or very stupid. 40 years ago any publication would have been condemned and relegated to tabloid status for what is common leftist reporting that is done today.

Keep up the good work though. The more silly excuses you defend your practices with, the more people know how worthless you are.
