The Centre Daily Times has an immediate opening for an organized, detail-oriented person with excellent time management skills and who is a customer-service oriented self-starter able to work well with others.
The Circulation Finance Clerk is responsible for circulation data entry including account adjustments and payments. In addition, this position is responsible for maintaining the perpetual newsprint inventory system. The Circulation Finance Clerk must also respond to customer billing concerns and questions and work with the circulation staff. The rotating receptionist duties include greeting customers, sorting & metering mail, answering phones and assisting the cashier. Responsibilities also include payroll.
The ideal candidate will have an associate’s degree or equivalent experience, experience handling payroll is preferred. Excellent phone and customer service skills, as well as familiarity with MS Office required.
