This blog is mainly about the spectacular train wreck at The Sacramento Bee and its parent company, the McClatchy Company. But I also post about current events, the Iraq and Afghanistan wars, politics, anything else that grabs my attention. Take a look around this blog, hope you enjoy it.

Rasmussen: opposition to health care plan at an all-time high
I guess the Dems' strategy of accusing Obama Care opponents of being racists, rubes, and tools of the insurance industry has back-fired:
Fifty-six percent (56%) of voters nationwide now oppose the health care reform proposed by President Obama and congressional Democrats. That’s the highest level of opposition yet measured and includes 44% who are Strongly Opposed.

So much for Obama's bump after his big speech to the Senate and House. The more he talks and lower his approval ratings go.
if Obama, that hideous gargoyle, that left-wing fascist, that lying spoiled brat, that deeply stupid affirmative action parasite calls me a racist then I take that as a high compliment.
The american people have realized that the rhetoric is empty and the policies are out of step with the country. His supporters are in an unprecedented attempt to suppress speech by calling those who disagree with them Nazi's, assassins, racists and retarded. They have used crude sexual references to denigrate taxpayers legally demonstrating. Ex presidents, newspaper editors, even the Speaker of The House have been agents of this campaign of disenfranchisement. The news media has willingly participated in the campaign. It's a shameful time in our nation.
Obama lost the country when he said he could give health care coverage to an extra 30 million people without adding to the deficit and without costing anybody an extra dime.

The inability of people to recognize what would be in their own self-interest never ceases to amaze me.
The ability of people to finally see a snake oil salesman for what he really is brings new 'Hope' for a reset.
Votes the bums out!

This is exactly what I said when a majority of Americans elected that idiot Obama to the presidency.
