Daily Kos Has Nothing About Van Jones Controversy.

Daily Kos has it head in the sand trying to ignore the Van Jones Controversy.

I guess if they pretend there is no Van Jones Controversy then it will go away. Very funny.

Major News Outlets Not Covering Van Jones

The controversy over President Obama's Green jobs czar, Van Jones, has been big news for over a week. Yet a search of five major media outlets as of yesterday, including the New York Times, returned zero hits on a Lexis-Nexis search.

Van Jones a ticking time bomb for Obama (Kansas City Star)

By mid-Friday, it was clear that the days of green jobs czar Van Jones are numbered in the Obama administration.

Forget radio shock jock Glenn Beck, who's trying to get Jones fired. Even White House spokesman Robert Gibbs offered only lukewarm enthusiasm for keeping Jones.

On Friday Gibbs said, "He continues to work in the administration..."

Oh, and Gibbs added that Obama does not agree with Jones' signing of a petition to investigate possible federal involvement in 9/11.

Van Jones: Only "Suburban White Kids" Shoot up Schools (YouTube.com)

Van Jones, once again obsessing about race. What else is new?

"You've never seen a Columbine done by a black child. Never. They always say, 'We can't believe it happened here. We can't believe it's these suburban white kids.' It's only them.

Now, a black kid might shoot another black kid. He's not going to shoot up the whole school."

Van Jones: Bush Used Flag to "Lynch" War dissenters
YouTube.com

An unusually restrained Van Jones doesn't use a potty mouth or compare Bush to a "crackhead", but MERELY says Bush "lynched" war dissenters with the American flag. How nice.

Van Jones is senior Adviser to the President for "Green Jobs" and Asst. Secretary for Boycotts of Conservative Talk Show Hosts.

The Radicalization of Obama's 'Green Czar'(FOX)

The political radicalization of Van Jones, President Obama's "green jobs" adviser, dates back to 1992, when he and hundreds of others took their anger to the streets of San Francisco in the infamous Rodney King protests.

Jones, a Yale Law School student who was working in the Bay Area as an intern, was part of a mob that stormed the city following the acquittal in Los Angeles of four white police officers who had been charged with beating King, who is black, after a car chase.

In an essay he wrote soon after the rioting and republished in The Huffington Post in May 2007, Jones said he "just marched around and chanted slogans" as other protesters set trash cans afire, smashed car windows and threw rocks at passing motorists.

But he clearly reveled in the protest. "Our moment had finally come! We were righteous, fired up, weren't takin' no more!" Jones wrote.

"We were one thousand strong on Market Street, with the Bay Bridge shut down in rush hour traffic and the grounds around the state building swarming with angry mobs!

Our rallying cry was for justice; our demand was that the System be changed!"

Van Jones Said He is Part of "Global Struggle Against U.S."

Van Jones, Barack Obama's Green Jobs Czar, produced a record album entitled "WarTimes: Reports from the Opposition" a few years ago that was narrated by convicted cop killer Mumia Abu Jamal and featured a clip of an interview Jones did where he slammed the United States and Israel and proclaimed his stand with a "global struggle" against the United States.

Jones used his Ella Baker Center for Human Rights to found Freedom Fighter Music, the label WarTimes appeared on.

WarTimes is also the name of an anti-war-on-al-Qaeda propaganda newspaper Jones helped organize.

The album was unearthed by the website Verum Serum, which posted a YouTube video with highlights of the album.

About three minutes forty-five seconds in to the highlight video, there is a brief interview with Van Jones at an anti-Israel demonstration where Jones criticizes Israel and calls for Palestinian 'right of return' then unloads on the United States:

"We see violence against poor people and poor people of color within the U.S. border, at the U.S. border, and beyond the U.S. border and you see U.S. tax dollars funding all of it.

And so we have this now global struggle against the U.S. led security apparatus and military agenda that impacts people here and impacts people around the world and I think that we need to see our problems as linked."

Mumia closes out the album by describing it as a "small tease of the truth about U.S. imperialism's war on the world."

The time frame of the album is hard to gauge, but Verum Serum writes that Freedom Fighter Music existed from around 2002-2003 to 2005-2006 and produced maybe two or three albums. The album appears to be from late 2002 or early 2003.
Jones mentioned the label in an interview with USA Today's USA Weekend magazine published February 9, 2003 that Verum Serum found:

Van Jones: 'Resist' against police

Anti-cop mission drawn up by Black Panther group

Van Jones, President Obama's controversial environmental adviser, signed a petition calling for nationwide "resistance" against police, accusing them of using the 9/11 attacks to carry out policies of torture.

The petition was organized by the October 22nd Coalition, an anti-police organization whose mission statement was drawn up by leaders of the radical Black Panther

Collective for Social Progress.
The movement organizes yearly national anti-police demonstrations, accusing police of "brutality, detentions, domestic spying, profiling and other attacks on human and civil liberties."

The protests are held under the banner of the National Day of Protest to Stop Police Brutality, Repression and the Criminalization of a Generation."

The 2006 statement, available on the website for the Revolutionary Communist Party USA, calls on participants to "resist so that we will not be crushed.

Van Jones Explained: "I Was Always Picked Last For Phys. Ed."; Scammed Law Degree From Yale

It appears the reason high level Obama appointee Van Jones has such a deep seated hatred for America has been found:

He was a nerd who was bullied in school and was "always picked last" in team sports.

In an undated interview published at Collage Foundation, Jones spoke of his growing up as a nerd and how he scammed a graduate degree from Yale:

When you were younger, what were you interested in?

I was mainly interested in journalism and poetry and writing. I read a lot of comic books, James Bonda lot of good guy vs. bad guy type of stuff. I was a big 'Star Wars' fan, played a lot of strategy board games—I was basically a nerd.

Do you see any connection between that and the work you ended up doing?

Definitely—when I was younger I was really small and I was always picked last for Phys. Ed, sports teams and stuff. I was a bully magnet, so I grew up with a really strong hatred for bullies and people who abuse their power.

SNIP

I had a professor who encouraged me to apply to Harvard and Yale [for law school], which was almost unheard of for students coming from the kind of public schools that I was coming from in the rural South.

I was accepted to both places, and decided to go to Yale because Yale didn't have any grades and was smaller than Harvard.

I figured, once I enroll I'm guaranteed to graduate, so I can just go and be a radical hellraiser student, and they can't do anything about it.

Which is pretty much what happened.

Jones also spoke about going to undergraduate school and getting internships and scholarships based on being Black:

I went to college on a minority scholarship. All my internships were minority internships...

Pence Calls For Van Jones's Resignation (The Hill)

President Obama should demand the resignation of White House "green jobs czar" Van Jones, House Republican Conference Chairman Mike Pence (R-Ind.) said Friday.

Pence argued that Jones, who has been embroiled in two national controversies this week, should lose his job, and said that Congress should have more say over the dozens of "czars" installed by Obama since taking office.

"Given recent revelations concerning the associations and statements of the president's green jobs czar, Van Jones should resign his position and if he is unwilling to do so, the president should demand his resignation," Pence said in a statement.

"His extremist views and coarse rhetoric have no place in this Administration or the public debate."

Jones has faced pressure since it came to light this week that he signed a petition calling for an investigation into whether President George W. Bush was responsible for 9/11 terrorist attacks, lumping him with so-called "truthers" who believe the attacks were coordinated.

White House stands by 'truther' Van Jones (The Hill)

The White House would not say whether the White House's green-jobs czar, who has been linked to Sept. 11 conspiracy theorists, continues to enjoy the confidence of the president, but an official said he is still a part of the administration.

Van Jones, the president's special adviser for green jobs at the White House Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ), has come under fire this week for using an obscenity to describe Republicans and for signing a petition to get Congress to investigate whether the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11, 2001, were an inside government job.

White House press secretary Robert Gibbs would only say Friday that Jones, no stranger to controversial or offensive statements, is still a part of the administration.

He declined to say if Jones still has the confidence of the president.

In a meeting with reporters in his West Wing office, Gibbs referred numerous questions about Jones to the CEQ and a statement Jones released Thursday saying he did not agree with the petition signed by so-called "truthers."

Gibbs did say the president disagrees with those statements as well.

Van Jones Denies Second Truther Connection, Confirms Role With Pro-al Qaeda Paper

Jake Tapper, reporting on Twitter a few hours ago:

A source close to Jones re: 2002 doc: “Jones didn’t participate in and wasn’t part of this march at all..."

..."He spent a very brief time on the board of the magazine War Times.” Says no other connections to Truther movement other than petition.

(Tapper is referencing the Rense.com document from January 2002.)

Gateway Pundit broke the news about Rense.com this morning with a report that posited that Jones was an organizer of the 9/11 Truther march listed on the page.

This writer took an alternate view that Jones was organizing an effort to undermine the war on al Qaeda with a leftist propaganda newspaper that was mentioned further down the page in a separate article.

Tapper expanded on his Twitter entries with an update at ABC News:

In a "Dear Charlie" letter Boehner reminded Rangel about the skepticism Americans now have about those who govern.

Holder Needs to Explain Dismissal of Philly Case

Attorny General Eric Holder noted it was hard to talk about race, but it was cowardly not to try.

In that spirit, he should answer questions about the dismissal of a voter-intimidation case involving a black hate group in Philadelphia.

On last presidential election day two black men in paramilitary uniforms, one wielding a nightstick, were reported harrassing voters at a polling place.

The Justice Department was prepared to act. Samir Shabazz, head of the Philadelphia chapter of the New Black Panther Party for Self-Defense, and Jerry Jackson, a party member, were deployed 15 feet from the polling place "in military style uniforms."

"Shabazz brandished a deadly weapon" - a nightstick, the complaint said. "Shabazz pointed the weapon at individuals, menacingly tapped it in his other hand or elsewhere.

"Shabazz and Jackson made statements containing racial threats and racial insults at both black and white individuals" and "made menacing and intimidating gestures and movements directed at individuals present to aid voters."

The police were called and removed Shabazz from the poling place.

Jackson, a credentialed Democratic poll watcher was allowed to remain - and CREDENTIALED AGAIN for last spring's primary.

The Panthers and their chairman, Malik Zulu Shabazz, were also named in the complaint.

The Obama Justice Department dismissed the case. Even the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights questioned the "unusual" dismissal. U.S. Rep. Frank Wolf (R-Va.), has written to Holder four times. So have members of the Civil Rights Commission.

Response from Holder? None.

Palin resignation costs Alaska at least $40,000 (Yahoo)

ANCHORAGE, Alaska – Early estimates put the cost of Sarah Palin's midterm resignation as Alaska governor at a minimum of $40,000, not including a special legislative session partly linked to her departure.

The preliminary figures obtained by The Associated Press through a public records request show it cost the state almost $14,100 for the July 26 swearing-in ceremony of new Gov. Sean Parnell.

(And exactly what did it cost for the inauguration of President Obama. Oh, that’s right we’re still paying.

$40,000 - yeah, one of the GM’s or Chrysler’s high-end we’re not buying.

$40, 000 - not a house!

$40,000 - President taking the wife out for a night in New York?

$40,000 - President having pizza, or rather the pizza maker, brought to the White House?

Cost of bailout?

Cost of Dem Healthcare?

Lying about the Debt (Government won't tell you that our Debt/GDP ratio will exceed 100% in 2 years)
(Frontpage Magazine)

Last week the Office of Management and Budget released its updated fiscal outlook for the next ten years. Called the Mid-Session Review (MSR), the report was eagerly awaited in light of the growing alarm at the seemingly unrestrained spending of the current administration.

This alarm is growing so widespread and intense that it threatens to sink much of the president's program.

Whether it comes to healthcare, cap-and-trade or various economic stimuli, their projected multi-trillion dollar costs are the number one concern on the minds of most voters.

Knowing that more bad fiscal news would effectually doom his agenda, the president and his team increasingly resort to deception.

There is an an egregious instance of this in the MSR when they take advantage of confusing terminology to conceal the true size of the national debt.

Traditionally, the most scrutinized and reported on portion of budget documents is the section containing summary tables.

This is because they present data, trends and projections – which are often complex and confusing – in relatively easy-to-grasp graphical form.

Job market unlikely to recover until 2014 MSNBC

New unemployment data show why it will take years for the labor market to recover from one of its fastest and deepest declines since World War II, even if an economic recovery is around the corner.

The Department of Labor report released Friday showed job cuts in August were lower than they've been in recent months.

But a deeper look at the data shows why it will take millions of new jobs to dig American workers out of this recession's deep pit.

Unemployment for teenagers stands at nearly 26 percent. More than 758,000 workers are so discouraged they quit looking for jobs altogether, by far the biggest such number since the Department of Labor started tracking it in 1994.

Damage continues to mount in the manufacturing, financial and construction sectors.

Parents demand to vet Barack Obama school speech over 'indoctrination’ fury (Times Online (U.K.)

President Obama has been accused of trying to build a personality cult and indoctrinate America’s schoolchildren with a speech to be beamed into the nation’s classrooms next week.

Not a word of the speech has been published but it has been seized on by his opponents because of lesson plans for teachers issued by the White House to encourage discussion of the speech.

Until they were hastily revised yesterday, the plans suggested that pupils write letters to themselves on what inspired them about Mr Obama and how they could help to achieve his goals.

Mr Obama will go ahead with the speech but it will be released a day early so that it can be vetted by wary parents, weary teachers and a gleeful Florida Republican who likes to call the President “Pied Piper Obama”.

Following in a tradition established by Presidents Reagan and Bush Sr, the speech will be broadcast live from a Virginia high school as public schools open and the country returns to work after Labor Day next Tuesday.

The address and accompanying talking points were “tools to spread liberal propaganda”, according to Jim Greer, chairman of the Republican Party in Florida, where activists and some parents were advocating a “national skip school day” to avoid exposure to what the President has to say.

Several Texas school districts have made alternative plans for children whose parents do not want them to hear the speech, and school officials from California to South Carolina have reported fielding calls from parents concerned about Mr Obama’s message and his use of tax dollars to stream it into classrooms.

“This is not civics education,” Steve Russell, an Oklahoma state senator, said. “This is something you’d expect to see in North Korea or Saddam Hussein’s Iraq.”

Jack Straw admits Lockerbie bomber's release was linked to oil
(Telegraph.co.uk)

Jack Straw has reignited the row over the release of the Lockerbie bomber by admitting for the first time that trade and oil were an essential part of the Government’s decision to include him in a prisoner transfer deal with Libya.

The Justice Secretary said he was unapologetic about including Abdelbaset al Megrahi in the agreement, citing a multi-million-pound oil deal signed by BP and Libya six weeks later.

The admission directly contradicts Gordon Brown's insistence only days ago that oil deals were not a factor in the prisoner's release.

In an interview with The Daily Telegraph, Mr Straw also suggested that Kenny MacAskill, the Scottish justice minister, released the terminally-ill bomber on compassionate grounds earlier than the British Government would have done.

Mr Brown has been accused of putting Britain’s trade interests before justice for the Lockerbie victims.

Earlier this week, the outcry forced him to say: “There was no conspiracy, no cover-up, no double dealing, no deal on oil, no attempt to instruct Scottish ministers, no private assurances.”

Gordon Brown ‘on drugs to control depression’ (The First Post)

Is Gordon Brown still fit for office? A blog posted today by the journalist John Ward on his website notbornyesterday.org suggests that the PM may be in worse health than the public realise.

He claims there are signs the PM is taking powerful drugs to control both depression and obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD).

Ward bases his hypothesis on a tip-off from a senior civil servant that Brown has recently been given a "long list of forbidden foods".

The civil servant, who works regularly with the PM, told Ward that Brown had been banned from eating and drinking several specific things "because of the drugs he's on".

Top of the list of foods that Brown can no longer touch, the source told Ward, were cheese, Chianti and over-ripe avocados - which immediately rang alarm bells for Ward.

"Every doctor in Britain would recognise these contra-indications instantly: for they are the great verbotens for people taking MAOI drugs."

A New Twist on Old Question: Who Can Be a Journalist? (Editor and Publisher)

A recent high court ruling in Brazil overturned the longtime law mandating that reporters needed a journalism degree to practice in that country.

Will this lower standards--and pay?

Brazilian journalists have swarmed the streets of Rio de Janeiro and other cities throughout the country to protest the court's decision.

Back in the early 1990s, when I was a journalism student in Brazil, I had a classmate who was already a rising star in the most-watched nightly newscast in the country.

The network all but forced her to return to school and get her journalism degree, so that she could perform her duties full time and grow professionally within the station.

Most of my classmates and I were just undergrads trying to figure out what an inverted pyramid was.

She was already a respected journalist, known to millions across the country. Yet, we sat in the same classroom, learning.

That image, strange as it was, was quite common, since Brazilian law had for long required journalists to have a journalism degree in order to practice, much like doctors or lawyers.

Three Ohio Democrats asked about paying for Obamacare, all walk away

Just in time for Labor Day weekend we bring you this blockbuster video taken Wednesday evening at an Obamacare rally at the Ohio Expo Center featuring hundreds of Democratic party operatives and union mafia goons.

Our reporter asks three different speakers at this event how they are going to pay for this monstrously expensive government handout.

Their answers are priceless.

Our first contestant is Columbus Mayor "Tax Hike" Mike Coleman, who immediately walks away from the reporter when asked how Obamacare is going to be paid for. In hindsight, he's the smart one of the three.

Next up is Congresswoman Mary Jo Kilroy who starts babbling like an idiot about "scoring" and is quickly whisked away by an aide (props to the aide, who realized their woman was sinking).

Last up is Lt. Gov. Lee Fisher, who is running for the US Senate seat being vacated by George Voinocich (RINO-OH).

Fisher responds that wellness programs will pay for it all and that we need to be sure that "we have a fence at the top of the cliff and not an ambulance below". WTF?

Re: “Obama speech to school kids to be dumped”
I don’t think it was Obama’s speech that was objectionable as much as the propaganda follow-up by union/socialist teachers. Everyone knows where unions stand, and for these same teachers to have a platform to indoctrinate students is problematic for me. Some of the schools say they are leaving the decision up to the teacher, so duh, ya think union teachers are going to force their biased views on their students? Parents need to take charge of the schools, teachers are nothing but union tools. It is way late already, but we can thank Obama and his thugs for waking parents’ up for the fight ahead.

Making fun of regular people was a big mistake by the elitist politicians and media. When you talk to friends and neighbors, they are actually appalled by what they see, and Obama and the thuggish people that surround him are the big losers. Union members could not look worse, it is difficult to believe there are not decent people among the thugs, that would condemn union tactics. I think they are afraid of their own leaders.

Obama is becoming a lame duck president very quickly. The corrupted MSM think that by suppressing the news, they can grease the wheels of a socialist takeover of health care. Suppressing the real news is their best thing, or it was, so they thought. As a whole journalism industry goes down the tubes, one has to wonder if electing an unqualified candidate as president was worth their jobs? Liberalism no longer sells well, as the loss of biased TV news ratings, biased newspapers, and the failure of Air America will attest.

PELOSI STANDS BY HER BELEAGUERED MAN (NY Post)

WASHINGTON -- House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is hunkered down behind her most powerful chairman, Charles Rangel, amid new revelations about his failure to report millions of dollars in assets, income and business transactions.

She says she is waiting for the House Ethics Committee to complete its wide-ranging investigation of the Ways and Means Committee boss.

But Republicans are not waiting.

"She can't bring herself to do what she knows is right," Rep. Darrell Issa (R-Calif.) told The Post yesterday.

Republicans plan to force votes in Congress that will make vulnerable Democrats facing tight races to side with or against Rangel.

Every vote with Rangel will become an instant campaign ad back home.

When Pelosi maneuvered her historic House takeover three years ago, she did not win on some legislative mandate.

The reason Democrats won is because they were not Republicans. Republicans had become embroiled in so many disgraceful scandals that they proved themselves entirely unworthy of public trust or authority.

Pelosi promised this would be "the most ethical Congress ever."

It mentions specifically his signing a 9/11 "Truther" Petition, but carefully point out that Jones did not "carefully review the language" in the petition before signing, and that Jones has said he never has agreed with the document. It also is careful to say that President Obama "does not agree" with the signing of the "Truther" document. The report mentions Jones' having said he was a "communist", and that Jones made derogatory remarks about Republicans calling them "a**holes." But as you would expect, the CNN Report...

Media Professionalism Tends To Be Abandoned When Governor Sarah Palin Is The Topic.
C4P Written by Alexonian

Whatever happened to the days when those in the media business took pride in their professionalism? Now I know, of late, that defining professionalism in the media business is to engage in a race to the lowest common denominator, but you'd think that a fellow like Walter Rodgers who has been in the game for over 30 years would still be trying to adhere to good standards of professionalism, but it seems that the days of writing an editorial where opinions are supported by evidence are now just a distant memory and instead we get editorials where opinions are supported by whim. I'd be ashamed to put this piece of "reasoning" out under my name, especially if mere bloggers can challenge the foundations of the piece.

Charlie Rangel, Eric Holder, Van Jones, all examples of what I wrote about yesterday, black politicians awash in a culture of corruption and outright lunacy.

What's predictable is just how much of this the Stalinist media covers this conduct up. How intriguing that when, or if, this communist administration dumps Van Jones that most Americans will never have heard his name unless that get their news from the outside the iron curtain of the establishment media.

Obama Should Release His Transcripts (If he really wants to inspire children about education)

SNIP

In a nationally televised educational address next Tuesday Barack Obama is scheduled to, according to the Department of Education, “challenge students to work hard, set educational goals, and take responsibility for their learning.”

But back in September of last year Steve Gilbert of Sweetness and Light pondered over our first African-American president’s prior academic performance:

“By his own admission, Obama spent his final two years in high school skipping classes, playing basketball, doing cocaine and getting drunk.”

So why are these Hussein Obama documents off-limits to Americans?

1. Certified copy of original birth certificate
2. Columbia University transcripts
3. Columbia thesis paper
4. Campaign donor analysis requested by 7 major watchdog groups
5. Harvard University transcripts
6. Illinois State Senate records
7. Illinois State Senate schedule
8. Law practice client list and billing records/summary
9. Locations and names of all half-siblings and step-mothers
10. Medical records (only the one page summary released so far)
11. Occidental College Transcripts
12. Parent’s marriage Certificate
13. Record of baptism
14. Selective Service registration records
15. Schedules for trips outside of the United States before 2007
16. Scholarly articles
17. List of all campaign workers that are lobbyists
18. Punahou grade school records

What we are really learning is the incredibly ugly face of black racism in America. Open black hatred and race preference has become an accepted norm in much of the black community. We are just seeing the beginning of what is ahead.
Obama did not expect his national dialog about race to turn out like this.

NAACP Continues its Support of Van Jones and White House Green Jobs Initiative

NAACP Continues its Support of Special Advisor of Green Jobs Van Jones and the White House Green Jobs Initiative.

The NAACP is calling for civility in the national discourse on safe, clean communities and sustainable sources of domestic energy. It is time to end the personal attacks on administration officials as a distraction to crucial discussion on our nation and our world's environmental conditions.

NAACP President and CEO Benjamin Todd Jealous:

“It is sad and unfortunate that our nation's precious airwaves and cable television time are being occupied with the unscrupulous, diversionary tactics launched by right wing extremists such as Glenn Beck.

These desperate tactics divert America's attention and intellectual resources away from issues affecting our families and communities.

These life-and-death concerns are being overshadowed by employing ruthless attacks against Van Jones, White House Special Advisor for Green Jobs and dedicated advocate for safe, clean and healthy communities.

Van Jones has established himself through his many years in public service as a hardworking advocate for positive, progressive change. He is a devoted husband and father. Mr. Beck and the other news services' portrayal of

Mr. Jones to the contrary is not only distracting and disingenuous but harmful and destructive.

The NAACP has just self-identified itself as a Communist organization.

Well, at least he didn’t say “macaca” or say anything about Strom Thurmond.

THAT would get him fired and vilified in the press. Different rules for radicals.

Obama and his Papa Castroism plan, new and improved for the children of the USA. What is that about polishing a turd?

White people are horrified to learn what Rev. Wright, Van Jones, and their ilk really think of them. What a crock of shit these racism charges condemning “Whitey” have been! We see where true racism really incubates. Shocking, but a teaching moment for sure.

Only in the Obama administration would we find a communist advising the president of a capitalist country on jobs.

Scott Ott's Examiner Scrappleface: Obama will urge kids to go to private school
Washington Examiner
By Scott Ott

A draft copy of President Barack Obama's planned September 8 address to America's public school children, tells students that "If you want to grow up to be like me, you should beg your parents to put you in private school, right now."

Bwhahahahah

At Politico, there is an article, ‘The first family you can identify with.’ At first I thought it was a joke, but it is a total smooze that Obama is just a middleclass kind of guy. It is unbelievable that the writer is serious. Gee, Tony Rezko didn’t get me a sweetheart mansion deal, where did my middle classism go wrong.

Van Jones didn't slip past the FBI and Secret Service vetting. They know all about him, and they would not have passed him. Their decision was over ridden by the only one who could, B Hussein O!

...I don' think it was wise to laugh at my grandparents because they protested at a town hall meeting. They are ready to do battle with Obama and the Democrats. Also, they have a lot of time to fight the good fight, now that they are retired...

And benefiting from those "socialistic" government-run programs Medicare and Social Security, no doubt.

And benefiting from those "socialistic" government-run programs Medicare and Social Security, no doubt.

The big difference is that if Medicare will not cover some procedure or medicine I want, I can go outside and purchase it if I wish. When your government takes over, they will not allow those nasty wealthy mostly white people to use their own money to hire doctors outside their system. Otherwise it would break their monopoly and power and besides "it would not be fair".

Liberals always think "fair" is when everyone suffers equally.

"Your government" runs Medicare. Why would this be any different? Where in any of the bills under consideration does it say this?

Anonymous said...

House Version 4 page 323 paragraph 3.

Once all the doctors are government employees what do you idiots think is going to happen.

Anonymous said...

You miss the point. You can go outside medicare if you want to pay for it yourself. You can not do that if the government controls the program.

The medicare analogy is bogus and you know it.

Anonymous said...

...You can not do that if the government controls the program...

Government will "control" the universal health care program less than it controls Medicare, under any bill under consideration, contrary to the scaremongering being used by the insurance industry and their toadys, and those who are too gullible and/or too ideologically blind to see through the scaremongering.

Anonymous said...

6:33 PM That is the most ridiculous statement that anyone has ever made about this bill.

Every single clause gives government total control without recourse to a governmental bureaucracy.

How could you even attempt to say something so completely illiterate?

VAN JONES Pitiful Claim of Victimhood as per The Washington Post-

"I am resigning my post at the Council on Environmental Quality, effective today," Jones said in a statement dated Sept 5 released around midnight on Sept 6.

"On the eve of historic fights for health care and clean energy, opponents of reform have mounted a vicious smear campaign against me.They are using lies and distortions to distract and divide," he continued. "I have been inundated with calls -- from across the political spectrum -- urging me to 'stay and fight.' But I came here to fight for others, not for myself. I cannot in good conscience ask my colleagues to expend precious time and energy defending or explaining my past. We need all hands on deck, fighting for the future."

--------------------------

Not one lie, not one distortion, just his own pathetic lying leftist words that will hang from around Obama's neck until for all time.
