Wanted: Someone more willing to cook the books.

4:12 PM - Endless allegations appear on this blog yet I see no SEC investigation underway. If you're so sure the books are cooked, back it up with proof, hire a lawyer and file a complaint with the SEC. Otherwise, you're wasting precious time and energy pissing in the wind.

Sounds more like he is peeing on your post toasties to me.

Nope. ABC violations are a far cry from cooking the books in SEC terms. ABC has auditors. Even if the books were cooked, the ABC Audits are in place for a reason. Belo was caught and paid a fine. If it were material and fraud, people would have fried. They didn't.

Again, an allegation. No proof. You want to hurt someone, bring you allegations with evidence to ABC or the SEC.

You simple mind may think tricking the ABC auditors was cooking the books in a big way, but it isn't likely it was.

If it was bigger than I know, shame on you for not blowing the whistle.

Evidently, no balls to do it. You're simply a bitter ex. Can't let it go. Have no real proof beyond your own imagination and will likely keep pissing in the wind to make yourself feel better.

Sorry buddy, you're stuff is weak.

9:20:

Advertisers pay based on ABC numbers. Buy inflating the Circulation numbers the Sac Bee is ripping off the advertisers.

If you want to dig into it some more check out NIE, BTZ's and the tens of thousands phony subscribers that the outside sales crews have turned in.

Upper Management led the ABC auditors around by their noses to ensure that they did not find any discrepancies. Sadly to save our jobs most of us looked the other way.
