A tipster tells me Jason Silverstein, VP of Interactive Media at The Charlotte Observer, has left the Observer for a position with American City Business Journals in Charlotte.
Silverstein didn't respond to an email request to confirm, but I noticed his name has been removed from the Observer Interactive site.
