I'm heading to the King Tut exhibit at the DeYoung Museum in San Francisco next month. Looking forward to it; I love Egyptian art and history.
The last time the King Tut exhibit came to the US in the 70s, it was a national sensation. Here's a funny flashback:
Saw this in San Francisco when it was here in the 70's. Really amazing. Beautiful artwork done by the ancient Egyptians while most of our European ancestors were running around in loin cloths.
