The Bradenton Herald is seeking a Human Resources Manager to support and counsel on wage and hour, employee relations, administration of performance/compensation programs, leave of absence management, training, recruitment and special projects. Qualified applicants will have a B.A. in HR, Business or related field; with a minimum 5 years HR generalist experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be detail oriented, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, have excellent oral/written communication skills and technically proficient using Word, Excel and PowerPoint. PeopleSoft experience preferred.
