PowerLine points out the Associated Press has started noticing improvements in Iraq. The developments in Anbar, where Sunni tribesmen united together to fight the insurgents, seems to be spreading to other regions in Iraq. In Baghdad, local residents are rising up to fight Al Qaeda.
